You will play a key role in creating high-quality visualizations to help bring our projects to life.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Creating 3D Models:** Design and develop detailed 3D models for architecture, products, or animations, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.- **Rendering Images:** Produce high-quality rendered images and animations using various software tools to visualize concepts effectively.- **Collaboration with Designers:** Work closely with architects and designers to understand their vision and ensure that your visualizations align perfectly with their plans.- **Revising Work Based on Feedback:** Make necessary adjustments to models and renderings based on client and team feedback, maintaining open communication for clarity.- **Keeping Up with Trends:** Stay updated with the latest design trends and software tools in the 3D visualization field to continuously improve the quality of your work.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in 3D visualization. Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp is essential. Strong skills in rendering software like V-Ray or Corona are also expected. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are important.
