Responsibilities:Lead. Lead our India-based front-end development efforts using modern frameworks, tooling, and test-driven development (TDD) techniques.Provide management and technical oversight of 2 other junior front-end developers (to be hired after your hire) for growing SaaS platform business.Lead efforts for continuous improvement of our front-end UI features and quality, integration of modern testing front-end testing tools (through TDD), and integration with our internal CI/CD practice.Lead strategic design improvements to our front-end UI that help our users better navigate the system and help them understand the full functionality and value of embedded use cases. Provide leadership to drive culture of best practices and client-first mentality and apply it to front-end UI changes for UI consistency, UI simplification, and UI performance.Provide regular weekly and daily communication with US-based executive team including status updates and systemized monitoring and progress reporting.Operate. Responsible for technical delivery of the UI, with use cases from US-based business product team, on JIRA tickets related to front-end web application design/development/integration with data layer, and end-to-end testing.Responsible for delivering quality, well-tested, front-end new features and quality improvements. Build. Work closely with KGP General Manager to determine budget, retention, and resource management.Work with US-based management team to recruit and hire all India-based technical platform personnel hires.Management Experience:5+ years of delivering front-end web applications for a financial services or financial analytics/data software firm.
