Key Responsibilities:1. Assisting senior production engineers in daily tasks: As a production trainee, you will be responsible for supporting senior engineers in various production-related activities such as machine assembly, production control, and manufacturing technology.2. Learning and implementing manufacturing processes: You will be required to learn and understand the manufacturing processes involved in the production unit and implement them under the guidance of experienced professionals.3. Monitoring production activities: Keep a check on the production activities, ensure they are running smoothly, identify any issues that may arise, and report them to the production engineer.4. Operating machinery: Assist in operating machinery and equipment as needed, following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.5. Quality control: Help in maintaining the quality of the products by following quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to standards.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background: Minimum requirement of 12th pass, 10th pass, I.T.I., B.A, B.Sc, or any other relevant degree.2. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.4. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.5.
