Focus on optimizing website architecture, speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors to improve search engine visibility.Social Media Strategy:Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage the online community.AI and Technology Integration:Stay at the forefront of AI and NLP advancements to continuously innovate and integrate the latest technologies into the e-commerce platform.Analytics & Reporting:Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and provide regular reports on key metrics.Project Management and Quality Control:Evaluate and implement project management tools to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.Team Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse content team. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.Partner Management:Develop key alliances with large companies like Google, Meta, Adobe, and Twitter, and manage relationships with SEO content and social media tech partner agencies.Ideal CandidateEducational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Certifications in SEO, Content Creation, and Management are a plus.Work Experience:12-15 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services/E-commerce companies. At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
