Job Title: Sales CoordinatorJob Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and coordinating all related activities. They will be required to work closely with the sales team, customers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales-related activities are executed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and proposals, and processing ordersCoordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales-related activities are executed smoothly and efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries and provide support as neededMaintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer data, sales reports, and other relevant dataGenerate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activitiesEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy lawsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer servicePerform any other duties as assigned by the managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or related fieldExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersStrong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and analyze dataWell-organized with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
