**Position Overview:**As an Education Counsellor specializing in Educational Sales, you will be responsiblefor promoting and selling educational products and services to schools, educationalinstitutions, and educators. Your role involves understanding the unique needs of clientsand recommending appropriate solutions that enhance educational outcomes. You willengage in consultative selling, conducting demonstrations, and providing ongoingsupport to ensure customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Consultative Selling:** Understand the specific needs and challenges of educationalinstitutions and educators through thorough needs assessment. Provide tailoredrecommendations on products and services that align with their goals and curriculumrequirements.2. **Product Demonstration:** Conduct compelling demonstrations or presentations ofeducational products and services to showcase their features, benefits, and valuepropositions. Illustrate how these solutions can positively impact teaching and learningoutcomes.3. **Sales Process Management:** Manage the end-to-end sales process fromprospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategiesto achieve sales targets and objectives.4. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships withkey decision-makers in schools and educational institutions. Act as a trusted advisor,providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.5. **Market Awareness and Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, educationalstandards, competitor products, and market developments. Use this knowledge toposition our products effectively and differentiate them in the market.6. **Training and Support:** Provide training sessions, workshops, and productdemonstrations for educators and administrators. Ensure they are equipped with theknowledge and skills to effectively utilize our products and services.7. **Feedback and Improvement
