The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell properties.Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.Follow up with leads and close sales.Maintain client relationships for recurring business.Achieve monthly sales targets.Lead ManagementRequirements:2-10 years of experience in real estate sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent leadership & teambuilding skills.Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai/Mumbai real estate market.Customer-focused and results-driven.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools to track sales and leads.Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:Bachelors degree (preferred).Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantagePresentation Skills & AutoCAD skills (preferable for property-related visualization).If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and want to be a part of an exciting project, we would love to hear from you.
