Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO) Loan Against Property (LAP) Location: [Insert Location] Department: Secured Lending / Mortgage Business Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 16 years (depending on role) Key Responsibilities:For RO / SM / RM (based on seniority and experience):Source LAP (Loan Against Property) business through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) channel.Develop and manage relationships with new and existing DSAs to ensure consistent business inflow.Generate leads through DSA partners and convert them into loan disbursements.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics regularly.Ensure proper documentation and processing of LAP applications as per company guidelines.Work closely with credit and operations team for faster loan processing and customer servicing.Maintain market intelligence and keep updated on competitor products and market trends.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies and processes. Desired Candidate Profile:Experience:RO: 12 yearsSM: 24 yearsRM: 46 years(Preferably in LAP product with DSA sourcing experience)Industry Preference: NBFCs / Banks / HFCs with strong presence in secured lendingStrong knowledge of Loan Against Property product, documentation, credit norms, and market.Excellent relationship management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple DSAs and drive business independently.Self-motivated, target-oriented and customer-centric.
