Personal Background Requires at least 5 years of manufacturing experience. Maintenance, Blow Molding a plus. Must have workable knowledge of budgets, inventory, costing, scheduling and customer interface. Must successfully complete all required training Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures. Must comply with all safety rules and regulations Work requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping and climbing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Job Soft skills B.S. in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering or CIPET or equivalent work experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of the assigned Product Line (Fuel Systems) including operations,procedures, products, terminology, quality standards, and equipment. Develop and maintain both a safe facility environment and a workforce capable of meeting manufacturing requirements in accordance with production & delivery schedules. Requires good written and verbal communication skills and good human relation skills.
