Job Description of Legal Executive - Real Estate will be as follows but not limited to:PROFICIENT IN REAL ESTATE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION, AGREEMENT, SALE DEEDS, ETC.PROFICIENT IN GUJARATI TYPING.1) Checking and arranging all Land related documents from various government departments.2) Drafting agreements, sale deeds, MOU, etc. in English/Gujarati.3) Visiting various departments like Mamlatdar office, Revenue Department, Collector office, etc. for various Land related work.Candidates with work experience in land-related work will be preferred.

Ltd.Roles and responsibilities of Tele Calling Executives will be as follows but not limited to:1) Working on CRM and calling on the assigned leads and explaining customers about the projects.2) Sending project details to the potential customers.3) Preparing reports on hot leads and taking follow ups with them in order to do the final closing.Note: Along with Salary, very good incentive structure is also in place.
