1. Lead the telesales team and manage daily outbound calling operations.Set and monitor individual calls & sales targets and team sales targets.Support team members on live calls to close sales and resolve client queries when needed.Maintain high call quality and adherence to sales systems.Ensure that each Sales Agent is coached on How to sell our online product & services.Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.Identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.Motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.Report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Build scalable frontend applications using React.js & Next.js.Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code using TypeScript.Implement modern UI designs using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI components.Integrate frontend applications with Node.js-based backend services and APIs.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Work with Cursor IDE and leverage AI-assisted development tools when required.Apply Prompt Engineering knowledge (added advantage) to enhance AI-driven features and workflows.
