1. BDE will be responsible for handling Super Stockist and identifying 2. Appointing New Distributors in the territory. 3. The job purpose is to enhance sales of the respective Super Stockiest and increase his secondary in the distribution segment.4. Visiting the prospective Distributor in the mapped area and getting him on board as per company policy.5. Responsible for the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.6. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer database (Distributors And Retailers).7. Smooth execution of new product / brand launch in the market.8. Maintain one to one relations with key retailers of the territory.9. Compiling and analysing sales figures. Giving reports to the company.10.Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.11. Daily reporting to ASM.
