Maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Conduct feedback calls with clients to gather insights and address any concerns. Resolve client queries promptly to enhance satisfaction. Maintain strong follow-up with internal departments regarding sales-related activities and post-sales support. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client and sales data. Generate sales forecasts and performance reports for the team. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client retention. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow. Support the development of marketing materials to promote sales initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
