We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our Ayurvedic Clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clinic. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs andexpectations Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate informationand solutions Develop and implement customer service strategies and programs to enhanceclient satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensureseamless customer experiences Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer feedbackand suggestions Maintain accurate client records and update customer profiles regularly Plan and organize events, workshops, and programs to engage and educate clientson Ayurvedic practices and products Maintain knowledge of Ayurvedic practices and products and be able to provideaccurate information to clientsRequirements: Female candidates preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Ayurvedic practices and products is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Passion for providing exceptional customer service
