Sanjay is a hardcore Hospitality professional with over 34 years of experience in various brands like Holiday inn Crowne Plaza, Cidade de Goa, Majorda Beach Resort, Club Mahindra, Meridien, ITC Fortune Hotels, Sarovar Hotels. He started his career with Holiday Inn as a Chef, then moved on to F&B Service, and worked his way up from Bar Manager, Banquet Manager, F&B Manager and he was GM for the last 16 years in various hotels brands like ITC Fortune Hotels, Sarovar Hotels. He was instrumental in setting up Le Meridien Jaipur as F&B Manager, also done various projects as Pre-Opening GM. viz Sun n Sand Nagpur, Sarovar Premier Jaipur and few more. Sanjay is a Hardcore F&B professional with acumen for Sales and Marketing, Branding and setting up SOPs for different departments of the Hospitality units. He Has a proven track record of achieving high occupancies, Excellent guest services and Feedback, and Higher revenues for the units where he has worked He has got good Architects and MEP consultants on his panel for support and allied services which makes him a perfect blend of an A-to-Z hospitality consultancy services.
