Manager Responsibilities:- Identifying opportunities for new hiring through following up with clients.- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.- Fulfil the recruitment on time through respective locations Field Executive.- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly if required on client location.- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.- Should be hiring if required field executive.- Track daily field executive attendance with selfie and report.- Share daily report with new hiring count and existing client.- Handle Pan India location operations clients and field executive.- Focus on increase Manpower.- Resolve Employer, employee and client queries.Requirements:- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.- Extensive staffing, manpower providing, logistic or related field experience.- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.- Professional yet affable disposition.- Neat, well-groomed appearance.- Great networking skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
