Extensive experience in configuring network switching, routing, and other devices. Extensive experience with Cisco products is required. Good understanding of WAN/LAN/Wireless internetworking including design elements, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and requirements for testing / proof of concept. Solid understanding of network protocols and concepts such as OSPF, BGP, STP, IPSEC, etc. Advanced knowledge of platform operating systems (Cisco router & Switch platforms, Cisco ASA, etc.) and how their interaction with other network devices. Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting network solutions. Good understanding of SD-WAN technologies.
