We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. **Make Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services, and generating interest.2. **Follow Up on Leads**: It will be your duty to follow up with leads and nurture relationships, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly.3. **Record Information**: Accurately document call details and customer interactions in our database to maintain clear communication and track progress.4. **Achieve Targets**: You will be expected to meet daily and monthly calling targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the organization.5. **Provide Feedback**: Share insights gathered from customer interactions with the team to help improve services or products.Required Skills and Expectations:You should have a good command of the English language and effective communication skills to engage with customers confidently. A basic understanding of sales techniques is necessary. The candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment and can handle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.
