Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Make Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services, and generating interest.

2. **Follow Up on Leads**: It will be your duty to follow up with leads and nurture relationships, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly.

3. **Record Information**: Accurately document call details and customer interactions in our database to maintain clear communication and track progress.

4. **Achieve Targets**: You will be expected to meet daily and monthly calling targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the organization.

5. **Provide Feedback**: Share insights gathered from customer interactions with the team to help improve services or products.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should have a good command of the English language and effective communication skills to engage with customers confidently. A basic understanding of sales techniques is necessary. The candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment and can handle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential to succeed in this role. We expect a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
