The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain to them the product & features and deliver value to the customers.

Annotators will support priority image annotation projects and perform QA for ongoing creation and distribution, bulk insertion and data management.

JOB PROFILE1. .NET+SQL SERVER+C#+MVC2. These application support large-scale physical innovatory for products and items in big warehouses.3. Extensive data processing and implementation of business rules/workflow and report generation .4. Assist with designs and associated documentation of new applications.5. Implementation of application design.6. Application unit testing.7. Application integration testing.8. Keep design documents up to date as application logic changes9. Documentation of application user guides if required.10. Issue resolution.11. Provide support for the new application.12. Enhance and develop additional functionalities for the application.13. Customize the application as per the need of different clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES1. Serves customers by providing product and service information.2. Resolving products and service related issues.3. Attract potential costumers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.4. Open customer account by recording account information.5. Maintain customer records by updating customer account information.6. Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem,selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction or adjustments and follow up to ensure the resolution. 7. Maintain financial account by processing customer adjustments.8. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.9. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.10.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job profile - 1.Have to manage service desk at the company service center.2.Resolve customer handset complaints, maintain MIS, meeting and greeting customers professionally.
