As a recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure suitable candidates are placed in various roles within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Post job descriptions across online platforms and professional networks.Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct candidate assessments/interviews.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.Ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience.Required SkillsStrong communication skills in English (knowledge of any other language is an added advantage).Basic understanding of recruitment processes.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Good interpersonal and coordination skills.Who Can ApplyFreshers with a keen interest in recruitment and HR.Experienced recruiters (up to 3 years) seeking growth opportunities.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary (up to 25,000).Exposure to end-to-end recruitment.Learning and growth opportunities in HR.
