Engineering degree a must. Worked as a BIM Engineer Candidate experience with the infrastructure projects (a must) Knowledge in Civil 3D software used for the BIM in infrastructure projects (a must) Previous experience with Ashghal and standards. Should be well versed with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3d , Autocad, BIM 360, Not Mandatory Tekla Liaise with the SRE and Ashghal PM Position requires some managerial skills to manage both Contractors and will not do models by himself.

Manage a highly effective team of Drivers & Helpers while ensuring warehousing compliance with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy. Manage warehouse and distribution tracking and coordinating for MLC operations and deliveries Liaise between CSR & warehouse operation on shipment releases, delivery dates, any amendments, the release of documents, collections, etc Facilitate CSR and client communication generation and distribution via email and secure file transfer and coordinate order and shipment procedures Allocation loading plans Vs available resources, Organise the daily activities and delegate authority to carry out day-to-day operations following warehouse and distribution plans. Dispatch and communicate all daily/weekly/monthly, and quarterly reports. Prepare documents for shipping complying with agreed SOP. Shipping orders accurately Organising stocks and maintaining inventory Inspecting products for defects and damages. Participation in daily toolbox talk (performance talk) guarantees that all related issues are addressed and solved, reflecting and increasing team productivity and accuracy. Monitors all fleet transportation movement and drivers driving behaviours, maintaining agreed tools and software building historical data on all movement and issues. Update daily fleet and transportation dashboard analysing daily issues and discuss the root cause and proposed solutions with the team and direct senior coordinator/supervisor. Allocate and manage staff and fleet resources according to changing needs. Performs other duties and assignments as require Coordinate and resolve warehouse and distribution issues related to customers and local shipments/collections. As required, represent the MLC when needed for any shipment delivery and any local/customer site.

Qualifications Diploma in a relevant field Bachelor's Degree is preferredProfessional Experience 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Experience of storage systems and ERP Experience in the warehousing, manufacturing or marine industry is preferredGeographic Experience: Middle East/GCC experience is preferredComputer Skills Working knowledge of Office and web applications Experience in using modern WMS systems including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc..Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Understanding of Good Warehouse practices (Safe handling, operations, Material Handling Equipment - MHE, racking, etc.) Expert understanding of Inventory Control
