Roles & Responsibilities:-1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. 2. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.3. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.4. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.5. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.6. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.7. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.9. Identify new business opportunities and partners.10. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.Requirements:-1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.2. 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.3. Roles & Responsibilities :-1. Responsible for supervision of day to day accounting on computerized environment (AR, AP, Taxation, MIS, Audits etc.).2. Debtors & Creditors management, MIS, Audits.3. Handling banks & Financial Institutions.4. Familiar with Company Act, Taxation, PF/ESIC etc.5. Should be capable of liaising with Govt. agencies for all factory requirements6. Preparation of reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines7. Liasoning with Stat Auditors for smooth closing of Limited Review/Annual Audit8. Other Adhoc reports assigned on time to time by reporting managerEligibility Criteria1. Education: Qualified Company Secretary2. Good knowledge of Excel/Word/Powerpoint3. Working knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage
