Role: US IT RecruiterExperience: 1-4 YearsLocation: Chennai/BangloreWorkmode: HybridShift: US Shift (6:30pm to 3:30pm)Ideal Candidates:- We are looking for candidates who worked mostly on W2 (Green card & Citizens), Sound knowledge on IT concepts, Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn, Hot Jobs, etc.)- The ideal candidate must have At least 6+ month of experience as a US IT Recruiter for US Staffing, Should have good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.Mandatory Skills:- Must have strong of end-to-end US IT recruitment /Technical staffing experience is required. (Preferably on W2).- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)- Must have good understanding and experience on end 2 end US IT recruitment.- Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Time Zone).- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals

Role: Android DeveloperExp: 2 YearsLocation: ChennaiBudget: Max 7.5 LPAMode: Work from OfficeNotice: Immediate joiners preferred- 2+ years of Android application development.- Experience in Native android app as well as web service. Kotlin mandatory.- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies- Strong logical and coding skills.- Experience in upgrading applications to be version compatible.- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
