Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar ManagementOrganize and manage MDs daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.Set reminders and ensure efficient time management.2. Communication HandlingHandle internal and external communications including calls, emails, and messages.Draft emails and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.3. Meeting CoordinationSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).Follow up on assigned tasks and action points.4. Travel ManagementArrange domestic and international travel, hotel accommodations, and other logistics.Maintain travel itineraries and expense records.5. Document ManagementHandle confidential files and sensitive documents securely.Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.6. Office CoordinationCoordinate with different departments and branches on behalf of the MD.Ensure smooth execution of MDs directives.7. MIS and ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS as required by management.8. Task PrioritizationPrioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.Provide timely updates and escalate urgent matters.9. Event SupportAssist in planning and organizing internal events, review meetings, and conferences.10.
