Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management
Organize and manage MDs daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Set reminders and ensure efficient time management.
2. Communication Handling
Handle internal and external communications including calls, emails, and messages.
Draft emails and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
3. Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
Follow up on assigned tasks and action points.
4. Travel Management
Arrange domestic and international travel, hotel accommodations, and other logistics.
Maintain travel itineraries and expense records.
5. Document Management
Handle confidential files and sensitive documents securely.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
6. Office Coordination
Coordinate with different departments and branches on behalf of the MD.
Ensure smooth execution of MDs directives.
7. MIS and Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS as required by management.
8. Task Prioritization
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Provide timely updates and escalate urgent matters.
9. Event Support
Assist in planning and organizing internal events, review meetings, and conferences.
10. Client Coordination
Assist in high-level client communications and relationship management.
