Job Overview:We are currently seeking a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our thriving marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in implementing successful SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and staying informed about industry trends.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.2. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.3. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, URL structures, and content, to enhance website visibility and user experience.4. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.5. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing regular reports and insights.6. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to adjust strategies proactively.7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to implement SEO recommendations.8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the online environment.Qualifications:1. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.2. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.3. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.Education and Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2. 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the online environment or e-commerce industry.

Requirements:- Fluent written and spoken NEPALI and English.- Typing Speed of 50wpm- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.- Comfortable using computers.- Should have Laptop or PC(atleast i3 processor & 8GB RAM) to Work from Home.- Should have broadband internet connection- Should have proper power backup system (inverter/ups) for interruption work during power cuts also- Candidate comfortable with Morning shift, Day shift and Night shiftResponsibilities:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
