You will be responsible for technical strategy, team leadership, and hands-on implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into scalable, customized Salesforce solutions.Lead technical design sessions and document architectural decisions.Design, develop, and deploy custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, etc.Manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migrations using middleware tools.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, code quality, and secure coding standards.Mentor and guide a team of developers, consultants, and analysts.Participate in staffing, performance reviews, and career development of your team.Collaborate with solution architects during client discovery workshops.Contribute to internal accelerators, knowledge-sharing assets, and reusable frameworks.Requirements8+ years of overall IT experience5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceDeep expertise in:Apex, Triggers, ClassesLWC, Aura, VisualforceSalesforce Flows and ConfigurationsComplex Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Experience leading 2-3 Salesforce implementations as a Tech LeadStrong experience with code reviews, mentoring, and onshore-offshore team modelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCertifications (Must-Have)Salesforce AdminPlatform Developer I & IISales CloudService CloudExperience CloudPreferred SkillsSalesforce Application Architect or System Architect certificationsExperience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service
