Comfortable to work in night shiftJob Role:1.Manage incoming phone calls2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;follow up to ensure resolution5.Booking customers flight tickets and making sales.Benefits:1. US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off2. Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary3. Training : 30 days paid training4.
