The job requires TL to guide, motivate and train the team members to learn the latest technologies and products, he will have to go to the customer site for presales activity, prepare presales, implementation, and post implementation documentation templates. Help create a motivated team for providing the best and fastest troubleshooting team in the industry.Skill Requirements: Good communication and documentation skills.Mandatory Requirement Proficiency in backup software (e.g. Veritas NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam Backup, Druva) and storage platforms (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE, and etc.). Strong understanding of data protection concepts, disaster recovery principles, and encryption technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and configuring storage and backup solutions involving multiple technologies (NetApp, veritas, Commvault Druva, etc.). At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and designing data centres including -networking, server virtualization with Windows and VMWare, HA and DR using Windows hypervisors and VMWare, storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructures (DELL/ HPE/ Nutanix) and backup solutions. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and designing Active Directory, Office 365, database server. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude andproviding exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given. Hands-on experience in Backup technologies with strong exposure to Azure and AWS cloud platforms.Job Requirements: Minimum Experience: 5 yearsWorking Days: 6 days working, Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday off)

Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals. Interacting with the E-commerce Merchants who sell online products on multi-marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, etc., and providing a centralized SAAS/Cloud Software where they can manage (OMS / WMS / PM / RM / VM, etc). Deep understanding of various platforms for retail and e-commerce players (B2C / B2B / D2C) their vendors suppliers and distributors.
