Roles and Responsibilities Nanny1. ChildcareProvide attentive, nurturing care tailored to the age and development stage of the child.Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.Maintain routines (e.g., nap, feeding, school drop-offs).Help with toilet training, diaper changes, and bathing (age-appropriate).2. Child Development SupportEngage children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities (reading, crafts, games, etc.).Encourage language development, social skills, and emotional well-being.Monitor and report developmental milestones to parents.3. Meal PreparationPlan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.Assist with feeding (if necessary) and clean up afterward.Monitor for allergies or dietary restrictions.4. Operational ComplianceAdhere to all security protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety of merchandise and personnel.Follow billing, cash handling, and documentation procedures with accuracy and integrity.Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations, including quality and authenticity standards.6. After-Sales SupportProvide guidance on jewelry maintenance, care, and warranty services.Address customer concerns, returns, and repairs professionally and efficiently.Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.7.
