Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a B.Com degree and aproven track record in accounting and financial management.Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balancesheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing Tax Deducted atSource (TDS) calculations, payments, and filings. Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax(GST) is essential.Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing: Prepare and file income tax returns accurately and in atimely manner.Auditing: Facilitate and coordinate external audits, as well as internal audits, to ensurefinancial records are accurate and in accordance with applicable standards.Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger,accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions andstrategies.Compliance: Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure thecompany's compliance with applicable laws.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, providing guidance and support tojunior staff members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.4-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.Proficiency in TDS, GST, and ITR filing.Strong knowledge of auditing processes and standards.
