Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a degree and a

proven track record in accounting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance

sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing Tax Deducted at

Source (TDS) calculations, payments, and filings. Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax

(GST) is essential.

Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing: Prepare and file income tax returns accurately and in a

timely manner.

Auditing: Facilitate and coordinate external audits, as well as internal audits, to ensure

financial records are accurate and in accordance with applicable standards.

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger,

accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and

strategies.

Compliance: Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure the

company's compliance with applicable laws.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, providing guidance and support to

junior staff members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce () or related field.

4-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Proficiency in TDS, GST, and ITR filing.

Strong knowledge of auditing processes and standards.
