job description:

we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior accountant to join our team. the

ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a degree and a

proven track record in accounting and financial management.

responsibilities:

financial reporting: prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance

sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

tax compliance: ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing tax deducted at

source (tds) calculations, payments, and filings. proficiency in goods and services tax

(gst) is essential.

income tax return (itr) filing: prepare and file income tax returns accurately and in a

timely manner.

auditing: facilitate and coordinate external audits, as well as internal audits, to ensure

financial records are accurate and in accordance with applicable standards.

bookkeeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger,

accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

financial analysis: provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and

strategies.

compliance: stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure the

company's compliance with applicable laws.

team collaboration: work closely with the finance team, providing guidance and support to

junior staff members.

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in commerce () or related field.

4-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

proficiency in tds, gst, and itr filing.

strong knowledge of auditing processes and standards.
