Make outbound calls to potential customers.Answer incoming customer calls and queries.Generate and qualify sales leads.Provide information about products/services.Follow up on leads and previous conversations.Maintain customer records and call logs.Deliver effective sales pitches.Handle customer objections and resolve issues.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Collect customer feedback.Prepare and submit call reports.Coordinate with the sales or support team if needed.
Freshers do not apply.You must have more than 1 year experience in telcalling.Candidates with Tele-calling experience in the Visa/ immigration industry will be preferred.Handsome performance bonus and incentives
