We are looking for an experienced ICU Medical Officer to join our team in Hoshiarpur Punjab India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience in a critical care setting and will be responsible for overseeing patient care in the ICU. Key Responsibilities:- **Patient Assessment:** Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients to identify their medical needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. This includes monitoring vital signs and understanding each patients condition.- **Treatment Implementation:** Administer medical treatments and interventions as prescribed. This may involve managing ventilators, monitoring sedation, and coordinating care with nursing staff and specialists.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Effective communication is vital to coordinate treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.- **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and manage any critical situations that arise in the ICU. Quick decision-making and a calm demeanor are essential.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all medical charts are updated in a timely manner.
