*Job Description:*

* Handle merchandising activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.

* Coordinate with customers regarding orders, specifications, samples, and delivery schedules.

* Coordinate with Production, Knitting, Dyeing, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

* Prepare and follow up on production and delivery plans.

* Monitor order status and ensure timely execution of orders.

* Follow up on yarn, raw materials, production, and fabric requirements.

* Ensure products are made according to customer specifications and quality standards.

* Handle sample development, approvals, and customer feedback.

* Maintain order sheets, production status, and merchandising reports.

* Identify delays/issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

*Candidate Profile:*

* Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or related field preferred.

* 3-8 years of experience in *knitting/textile merchandising*.

* Good knowledge of knitting, fabrics, yarns, and production processes.

* Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

* Good command of *MS Excel and email communication*.
