Introduce ideas and concepts as per the syllabus - Goal Setting, Evaluative sessions, Lesson plans execution (self-directed, group directed, trainer directed) - Support collaborative relationship with project team - Support the project team by coordinating with project activities and executions. - Review written material of training participants. - Maintain a batch file for different Batches. - Review monthly Evaluation Sheets and progress in personality of trainees. - Evaluate the candidates on the basis of trainees monthly performance report. - Create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group - Seek written feedback from training participants - Be updated and briefed about the training of fellow trainers. - Modify training approach and then observe the effects of the change.
