We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. This role is full-time and allows you to work from home. You will play a key role in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to help our organization grow.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Talent Sourcing:** Use various methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for open positions.- **Screening Resumes:** Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements and qualifications.- **Conducting Interviews:** Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.- **Coordinating Recruitment Activities:** Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements, and follow-up communications with candidates.- **Building Relationships:** Establish and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. A background in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, or B.Com is preferred. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with applicants and team members. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to sourcing and a passion for connecting with people is essential for success in this role.
