As a Technical Trainee Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering team while gaining valuable experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include:- **Assisting Senior Engineers**: Work closely with senior engineers to learn about project development and implementation processes. This involves supporting them in day-to-day tasks and understanding technical requirements.- **Conducting Research**: Conduct thorough research to gather data on new technologies and methods. This will help you stay informed about industry trends and enhance the team's knowledge base.- **Preparing Technical Documentation**: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports. This practice will improve your technical writing skills and ensure that project details are accurately recorded.- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Participate in the testing of engineering designs and products. Involvement in quality assurance activities will teach you the importance of standards and performance benchmarks in engineering.- **Participating in Team Meetings**: Attend regular team meetings to discuss project statuses and brainstorm solutions. This will help you develop communication skills and integrate better with the team.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) and have the willingness to learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. You should also possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to your work. Familiarity with engineering tools and software programs will be an advantage.

The program aims to enhance the visibility of women in traditionally male-dominated roles within the transport sector, thereby fostering greater acceptance of their presence in such positions.Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct capacity-building workshops with bus conductors and drivers.Facilitate support groups for drivers and conductors to encourage discussions on gender sensitization and workplace inclusivity.Conduct impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions and suggest necessary improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to promote gender-equitable workspaces within the public transport sector.Document and report findings from workshops and support group meetings.
