Customer Relations

- Understanding the requirement of the hi-end gold jewellery customer

- Explaining all the details and the speciality of the product and the service

- Convincing the customer and closing the sale

- Final delivery to the customer after the Item is ready

- Ensuring customer satisfaction

Order Management

- Giving the order details to the workshop

- Explaining the order to the Karigar

- Following up with the workshop and getting the work done in the committed timeline
