As a Carpenter at Adithya Lamps, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling custom, sustainable lighting fixtures, working closely with our designers and production team to create beautiful and functional lighting products for residential and commercial spaces.Key Responsibilities:Custom Carpentry: Build and assemble eco-friendly lighting fixtures, including wooden frames, stands, and elements for table lamps, floor lamps, wall-mounted fixtures, and pendant lights.Material Expertise: Work primarily with sustainable materials, including wood, rattan, banana fiber, and other eco-friendly substances, ensuring the designs maintain their artistic integrity while being environmentally responsible.Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers to bring conceptual designs to life, ensuring quality, sustainability, and functionality in each piece.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials to spec.Quality Craftsmanship: Ensure all lighting fixtures are crafted to the highest standards, with

Co-ordination with Client and Factory for delivery and installation. Attending Meeting, raising & handing over certificate, Measurement Sheet Approval from Client Qualities Check Sheet, variation Statements and assist in final billing. Daily site/Project Progress Report to Management. Daily workmen activity Report. Project expenses - Submittal and Clearances. Be familiar with preparation of cost sheet & Estimates methods. Ensure proper Co-ordination with site Installation team regarding installation works & handing over. Tendering/Estimation

Male candidates with min 3-6+ years in handling channel & project salesJob Responsibilities: - Attend to customer enquiries Visit customers as per aligned meetings Meeting Dealer, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designer, sometimes Builder etc Cold call and reach out to prospects in the generated database through various channels to build a pipeline of leads Qualify the leads by understanding specified and potential needs Identify key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the Sales Process Prepare a database of customers through various sources online and offline (trade fairs, networking events and marketing campaigns).
