Urgent Requirement For CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Run CNC router machinery to cut, route, pocket, drill, and bore panels accurately.

Material Handling: Process engineered wood materials like MDF, plywood, particle board, HDHMR, and laminates.

Reading Drawings: Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and nesting Setup: Change router bits, set offsets, calibrate tools, and handle basic program adjustments.

Quality Check: Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools to meet exact design specifications.

Maintenance: Keep the machine clean, perform daily checkups, and report mechanical irements and Skills

Experience: 2 to 7 years working with CNC routers or panel processing machines in a furniture or woodworking setup.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints and understand basic CAD/CAM or nesting files.
