We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Rajkot. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience, particularly those with a B.B.A degree. The HR Assistant will support various human resource functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing candidate files, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience.- Employee Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductions to team members to foster a welcoming environment.- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training completion, to ensure compliance and organized data management.- Employee Queries: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional manner to provide assistance and improve employee satisfaction.- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation, such as attendance and leave records, to aid in management decision-making.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating organizational abilities. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities in the Swargate, Pune region. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of HR best practices. A graduate degree and 0-5 years of experience in HR are required for this position.
