Hiring Fresher - Sales Team Leader - Jodhpur

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to guide and support our sales team in Jodhpur. This is a full-time position ideal for a motivated female candidate with 0 to 5 years of experience, preferably with an Integrated PG degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to help achieve sales targets. This involves mentoring team members and fostering a positive work environment.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies that align with company goals. This includes analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the team’s performance metrics regularly. Use this data to provide constructive feedback and create improvement plans when necessary.

- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized and address any issues promptly.

- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Present findings to upper management to aid in decision-making processes.
