We are looking for an ITI Welder to join our team in Gurgaon Sector 103. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of welding experience and holds an I.T.I. certification. As an ITI Welder, your key responsibilities will include:- Welding Parts: You will be responsible for welding various metal parts together to ensure strong and durable structures. Your work will involve using different welding techniques like MIG, TIG, and arc welding based on project requirements.- Reading Blueprints: Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints is essential. You will need to follow specific guidelines to ensure accuracy in your work.- Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of your welds is crucial. You will need to inspect your work regularly and make adjustments as necessary to meet safety standards and specifications.- Maintaining Equipment: Keeping welding equipment in good condition is a key part of the role. This includes regular cleaning, maintenance, and reporting any issues to your supervisor.To succeed in this position, you should have strong attention to detail and be committed to producing high-quality work. You must also be physically fit, as the role may require standing for long periods and handling heavy materials. Being a team player and having good communication skills is important, as you will often collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
