As a welder in our company, you will deal with weldments of different sizes, types, and directions. A perfect fit will perform welding operations on different production lines.ResponsibilitiesAdjusting welding current as per defined weld configurationsWelding components in vertical, flat, and overhead positionsOperating and reading measuring devices accuratelyAssembling and welding different metal parts togetherPositioning parts to be welded accuratelyWorking in both individual and team settings.Requirement and SkillsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsChoosing suitable welding equipment and method based on the requirementsTesting & inspecting welding parts to rectify flawsDetermining weld and fabricating from different metal types

Hiring for 10 Welder Jobs in Koregaon, Satara, Maharashtra with minimum 1 Year Experience,Required Educational Qualification is : Secondary School, Vocational Course with Good knowledge in Gas Cutting,Tig Welding,Smaw,Arc Welding,FCAW,MIG Welding,Gas Welding,GTAW etc.

A good understanding of 2D drawings Performing TIG-Argon welding for Stainless steel, Aluminium and Mild Steel material Taking measurements to plan layouts and procedures for welding Determining appropriate welding equipment Determining appropriate method-based requirements- parameters like current required based on thickness and material. Adhering to safety standards required for welding Skills Required Mechanical skills to understand which tools to use and how to use them Collaborating with the entire team for joint completion of projects Able to rectify and understand preliminary processes required for welding. e.g type of groove suitable for specific welding Able to work independently Must have proven experience in the job roles mentionedITI certification will be preferred.
