Key responsibilities of an Electric Gas Welder:Reading and interpreting blueprints:Accurately read and understand technical drawings, including weld symbols, to determine the required weld type, size, and location on the workpiece. Material preparation:Clean and prepare metal surfaces to be welded, including grinding, removing impurities, and ensuring proper fitment. Setting up welding equipment:Select the appropriate welding machine settings, gas mixture, and electrode size based on the metal type and welding application. Welding operations:Perform welding procedures using an electric arc, precisely controlling the heat and movement of the welding torch to create strong, consistent welds. Quality inspection:Visually inspect welds for defects like porosity, slag inclusion, or improper penetration, and perform necessary rework if needed. Maintaining equipment:Regularly clean and maintain welding equipment, including the torch, gas lines, and power supply, to ensure optimal performance. Safety compliance:Adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate protective gear like gloves, welding helmet, and safety glasses.

We are an Engineering Company based in Kerala, we are looking for good Experienced Fabricators, Fitters, Arc Welder, Mig Welder, Gas Cutter, Sand Blasting, Airless spray painting and Helpers with knowledge of Spot welding, Grinding, The Fabricator, Fitters and welders who are ready capable of doing jobs individually as per the drawing provided. The works shall be in Company facility/ on site. The candidate must be flexible to relocate as per the company requirement.On site work the food and accommodation shall be provided by the company
