clean and prepare metal surfaces to be welded, including grinding, removing impurities, and ensuring proper fitment.

setting up welding equipment:

select the appropriate welding machine settings, gas mixture, and electrode size based on the metal type and welding application.

welding operations:

perform welding procedures using an electric arc, precisely controlling the heat and movement of the welding torch to create strong, consistent welds.

quality inspection:

visually inspect welds for defects like porosity, slag inclusion, or improper penetration, and perform necessary rework if needed.

maintaining equipment:

regularly clean and maintain welding equipment, including the torch, gas lines, and power supply, to ensure optimal performance.

safety compliance:

adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate protective gear like gloves, welding helmet, and safety glasses.
