Solvent cleaning, trimming, sizing and polishing to prepare weld joints for welding6. Tack welding, fabrication of shop aids and fixtures to assist fabrication and welding.7. Visual weld inspection using fillet weld gauges, callipers, micrometres, height gauges and final weld fixtures.
