We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of welding experience and a strong ability to work with various welding techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Perform welding duties using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques: You will be required to join metals together in different positions and materials as per project requirements.- Read and understand blueprints and technical specifications: Accurately interpret drawings to ensure precise execution of welding tasks.- Inspect welded joints for quality and strength: Ensuring that each weld meets safety standards and project specifications is critical.- Maintain welding equipment and tools: Regular cleaning and proper maintenance of tools to ensure safe and efficient operation.- Collaborate with team members and supervisors: Work closely with others to ensure timely completion of projects and address any welding issues that may arise.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have experience in different welding methods and be comfortable operating welding equipment.
